Configuring Confluence Cloud

FireHydrant can export incident retrospectives to Confluence, and you can flexibly configure the templated information that is posted over to Confluence.

Note: FireHydrant currently supports one target Atlassian org and one space within that org for Confluence. If you require support for more than one space or org, please submit this feedback to support.

Setting up Confluence integration

  1. Setting up this integration requires authorizing our OAuth2 application if you're using Confluence.
  2. A FireHydrant organization admin must add our Confluence integration ( and authorize it in Confluence Cloud. This requires that the authorizer is a Confluence Cloud administrator.
  3. From there you will be able to specify which Space you would like Confluence to use.

Now you're ready to set up a Runbook to export incident data to Confluence.
